This role is crucial in ensuring seamless service restoration, effective problem resolution, and continuous process improvement within Enterprise Cloud Services Delivery – Technical Operations.

Role & Responsibilities

🔹 Act as a key coordinator for Problem Management, Critical Incident Management, and Event Management
🔹 Drive service restoration and root cause analysis for major incidents
🔹 Facilitate clear stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration
🔹 Lead continuous improvement across CIM, ZOR, and Event Management

Qualifications & Skills

✅ Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Engineering, Business, or related fields
✅ Certifications: ITIL Foundation, Cloud Operations, Hyperscaler, or Project Management (preferred)
✅ Experience: Strong technical background in IT Service Management
