Hiring: Deputy Group Manager – Employee Data Management (IBM, Bangalore, Karnataka)
IBM is seeking a Deputy Group Manager – Employee Data Management (EDM) to join its Enterprise Operations team. This onsite role involves HR transaction processing, compliance, data integrity, and process optimization to enhance efficiency and accuracy in HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Transaction Processing – Manage onboarding, offboarding, promotions, salary changes, and employee data updates
✅ Data Integrity & Compliance – Ensure accuracy, audits, and regulatory compliance in HRIS systems
✅ Process Optimization – Identify efficiency improvements, automation, and best practices
✅ Issue Resolution & Stakeholder Management – Address HR transaction inquiries and collaborate with vendors
✅ Reporting & Analysis – Generate HR transaction reports, trends, and insights
What You Need
📌 Education: Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business, Information Systems preferred); Master’s degree is a plus
📌 Experience: 10-12 years in HR, including 5-7 years in employee data management (EDM) & Core HR
📌 HRIS Knowledge: Hands-on with SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar ERP systems
📌 Skills: Strong data analysis, process mapping (Lean/Six Sigma preferred), and compliance expertise
📌 Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data reporting, and HR transaction processing
