Position Summary
e.l.f. Beauty is seeking an SAP S/4HANA Functional Lead – Planning to drive and optimize supply chain planning, production planning (PP), and demand management within the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem. This role will play a critical part in enhancing manufacturing, inventory management, and overall supply chain efficiency through SAP Production Planning (PP), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
The ideal candidate will collaborate with operations, procurement, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production scheduling, resource planning, and supply chain optimization while leading system improvements and best-practice implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Planning solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze processes, gather requirements, and recommend best-in-class SAP S/4HANA solutions.
- Provide functional expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP), MRP, Capacity Planning, Demand Management, and IBP.
- Act as the key liaison between business users, IT teams, and external consultants.
- Lead and mentor SAP S/4HANA analysts and consultants within the P2P (Procure-to-Pay) domain.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging SAP S/4HANA and emerging technologies.
- Support testing, training, and change management efforts for system enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP S/4HANA Planning issues, ensuring system stability and business continuity.
- Stay up to date on SAP S/4HANA innovations and recommend best practices for process optimization.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years in SAP functional roles, with expertise in SAP S/4HANA Planning processes.
- SAP Implementations: Experience leading full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations and upgrades.
- SAP Module Integration: Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA integration with SAP MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), and FI/CO (Finance & Controlling).
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess business needs and implement effective SAP solutions.
- Stakeholder Management & Leadership: Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud experience (preferred).
- SAP certification in SD or S/4HANA (a plus).
