🎯 Key Responsibilities

✔ Investigate, analyze, and resolve technical challenges while developing effective solutions
✔ Collaborate with Product Owners to define business requirements and conduct gap analysis
✔ Work independently, manage multiple tasks, and ensure timely project delivery
✔ Keep up-to-date with SuccessFactors releases, enhancements, and industry best practices
✔ Design and implement best practices for Employee Central (EC) and Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
✔ Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations as required
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions
✔ Strong expertise in HR analytics, data visualization, and reporting tools
✔ Document configurations, processes, and support procedures for knowledge transfer
✔ Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and adaptability in multinational projects

📊 Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Story Reports

✔ Gather stakeholder requirements for new reports and enhancements
✔ Design and develop custom reports using SAP SuccessFactors Story functionality
✔ Test and validate report accuracy and troubleshoot any issues
✔ Collaborate with HR and IT teams to align reporting requirements with business goals

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ Active/valid SAP SF Employee Central certification
6-8 years of experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central
✅ Minimum 2 full life-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors (planning to go-live)
✅ Strong expertise in SuccessFactors consulting with a focus on HR processes
✅ Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and entrepreneurial mindset
✅ Hands-on experience with provisioning systems and agile methodologies
✅ Experience working with international clients, preferably in Europe

🌟 Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

💡 Experience in Time & Attendance Module
💡 Experience in EC Payroll Module
💡 Experience with Data Loader, Org Manager, Document Composer Tools
